  • Item(s) in-stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days (Exotic Leather Boots Only) of placing your order. Exotic Leather Boots that are in-stock will be delivered within 3-10 business days. All other boots including Dan Post, Laredo, Dingo, and John Deere Boots are "Drop Shipped" and will be delivered within 5-14 business days of placing your order. There will be an Extra Charge for all Special Deliveries including orders shipped to Hawaii, or Alaska we will contact you. Rush Delivery is available for an Extra Charge, customer will be contacted for Rush or any other Special Delivery orders. Boots and Belts will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. No P.O. Box's please. All other item(s) including Leather Care Products are shipped USPS.
    At this time, GotBootsOnline.com ships merchandise only to locations within the Continental United States and not to International locations. Nor does GotBootsOnline.com ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Return Policy
  • We want our customers to feel comfortable shopping with GotBootsOnline.com. And we hope that your order is to your complete satisfaction. However if for some reason you would like to Return an item, you may return Boots for a one-time Exchange, or a Refund, please email us with your request or call 818 522-7872 within 15 days of delivery date. You will then be issued an Authorization Code (RA#) and our return mailing address. Returns will be accepted only if boots are in unworn and in original condition. All Returns must have an Authorization Code, packages received without an Authorization Code will be returned to sender. Please try to return boots in their original packaging.
    Please Note: All Returned Merchandise must be received by GotBootsOnline.com no later than 30 days of delivery date. There are exceptions for the Christmas Season (60 days).
    Only Boots may be Returned sorry no Returns on any Belts, Leather Care Products, or Accessories.

    Customer is responsible for shipping costs on All Returns.
    All returns for Refund will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
    Orders can not be Canceled once processed.
